 ABOUT ME

 I am a qualified integrative therapist, meaning I draw on a range of approaches, including  person-centred therapy, cognitive behaviour therapy and psychodynamic counselling, in order  to provide the right support for you.

 I offer both long term and short term counselling.

 I work during school term times, which will particularly suit people for whom childcare is an  issue, or for those who would like to combine the structure of counselling with regular breaks in  which to reflect.​

 I belong to the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) accredited  register and follow its ethical framework for good practice. The Accredited Register Scheme was  set up in 2013 by the Department of Health as a way to recognise organisations that hold  voluntary registers which meet certain standards.
